Our services may include (depending on the package purchased):Paid Advertising Campaigns – Management and optimization of campaigns on platforms such as Google, Facebook, and Instagram to drive high-quality leads.

Local SEO & Organic Content Creation – Google Business Profile optimization, maps ranking strategies, and content for online visibility.

Custom Daily Ad Budgets – Budgets set based on your specific growth goals and call volume targets.

The scope of services, deliverables, and expectations are outlined in your individual Service Agreement.Refund & Chargeback PolicyPlumbify.co operates on a strict no-refund and no-chargeback policy unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. By engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree that:Payments Are Final and Non-Refundable – Once services have commenced, payments may not be refunded or disputed via chargeback.

Chargebacks Are Not Permitted – Any attempt to reverse payments through chargeback is a breach of this agreement, as services begin immediately upon onboarding and involve dedicated resource allocation.

Proof of Service Delivery – Includes (but is not limited to): onboarding logs, Slack communications, website publication, Google Business Profile updates, ad campaign activity, and delivery of marketing materials. These constitute fulfillment of contractual obligations.

Client-Side Delays or Interference – Such as failure to provide documents, refusal to implement proven strategies, reversing implemented changes, or delayed communication — do not qualify as grounds for refund or chargeback.

By submitting payment, you expressly acknowledge and agree to this Refund & Chargeback Policy as a binding part of the Service Agreement.Package-Specific TermsRefunds, guarantees, or performance-based adjustments (if applicable) may vary depending on the package purchased and will only apply if clearly outlined in the signed Service Agreement.
